Nicholas is a product expert available at our Williston (VT) Xfinity Store who shows customers how to get the most value out of their Xfinity services, including Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Internet, Xfinity X1, Xfinity Home and Xfinity Voice. Along with the rest of his team, Nicholas is also on hand to help customers upgrade or swap equipment, answer questions, pay a bill and more.

Q: What does your job entail here at Comcast?
A: I help customers who visit our store and provide solutions for their entertainment and connectivity needs to ensure they have an awesome Xfinity experience. I enjoy seeing the impact I can make when I connect people with the right products and services for their lifestyle.
Q: What’s it like working in the Williston Xfinity store?
A: Our Williston Xfinity Store has an open layout with hands-on displays for customers to interact with, which makes showing them what our products can do that much easier.
Q: What is your favorite Xfinity product or service?
A: I have two favorites: Xfinity Mobile and Xfinity Home’s Self Protection plan, which is a self-monitored home security service that provides 24/7 video recording through the Xfinity app.
Xfinity Mobile provides an opportunity to save customers money compared to their current mobile provider, while our Xfinity Home Self Protection plan lets family members keep an eye on their kids and pets while away from home, without paying for professional monitoring.

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
A: In high-school, I completed a culinary arts tech program and I still have fun cooking. I also have my Level 1 Firefighter certification and volunteered with the fire department for over eight years, but I’m currently taking time off to spend more time with my young son. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with both my wife and son, playing a good video game with friends, and watching the New England Patriots and Boston Bruins.
