We want every customer interaction with us to be convenient, fast and easy. Each month this series will highlight an Xfinity feature that can be done on your mobile device, online or on Xfinity X1.
Xfinity customers can use the Xfinity My Account app on their mobile device to see if there’s a service outage in their area. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Log into the My Account app on your mobile device.
2. Review all of your services and their connection status on the Overview screen.
3. Tap a service to get more details.
4. Check for outages by tapping ‘Connection status’ under the Support section.
5 If an outage has been reported in your service area, an outage notification will appear. If no outage has been reported, a green check mark will appear.
