Comcast is expanding its smart, fast and reliable fiber-based Xfinity network to 8,700 additional homes and businesses in Litchfield County.
This expansion includes the following areas:
- Litchfield, CT – Comcast is bringing its advanced products and services to more than 3,500 additional homes and businesses. Construction is underway and services will soon be available to homes and businesses. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
- Morris, CT – Comcast is bringing its advanced products and services to 980 additional homes and businesses. Construction is underway and services will soon be available to homes and businesses. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
- Torrington, CT – Comcast is bringing its advanced products and services to more than 4,200 additional homes and businesses. Construction has begun and services are already available to some homes and businesses. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.

As previously announced, Xfinity and Comcast Business services are also available to more than 9,600 homes and businesses in Watertown, where construction is now complete.
Residents can visit Xfinity.com and businesses can visit Business.Comcast.com to see if their address is eligible for service.
These projects are part of Comcast’s ongoing expansion in Connecticut, where the company has invested nearly $400 million in technology and infrastructure over the last three years – including upgrades to its local network.
