Margarita, a retail consultant at our Holyoke (MA) Xfinity Store, is a product expert available to show customers how to get the most value out of their Xfinity services including Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Internet, Xfinity X1, Xfinity Home and Xfinity Voice. Along with the rest of our Holyoke store team, Margarita is also on hand to help customers upgrade or swap equipment, answer questions, pay a bill and more.

Q. How long have you worked for Comcast?
A. I have been with Comcast for 25 years and I’m still learning something new every day! During my time here, a lot has changed in the industry.
Q. In what way(s) do you ensure our customers have a good experience with us?
A. We want to create the best customer experience possible. When customers come into our store, the first thing I do is introduce myself and keep our discussion conversational, so the customer feels comfortable. I find out how they use our products and give them some tips to get more value out of their services. After all, customers use our products in the comfort of their homes to connect and be entertained, and I hope the new features I show them help to make their lives easier.
Q. How do you make someone’s day?
A. Recently, a customer was looking to save money on her mobile bill so she came in to ask about Xfinity Mobile. I gave her an overview of the product and informed her that it connects our customers to a powerful nationwide 5G network and millions of secure WiFi hotspots, which are included at no extra cost. And when she realized the unlimited package was $45 a month and she could save money, she transferred her mobile phone service to Xfinity Mobile and was ecstatic. It made my day to see the customer so happy!
Q. What is your favorite Xfinity product and why?
A. My two favorite Xfinity products are Xfinity Mobile and Xfinity Home. With my Xfinity Mobile service, using our Xfinity WiFi Hotspots anywhere I go, I can stream shows and movies as well as be online and still use less data, which saves me money. My phone is also a great tool for my Xfinity Home service, since I’m able to use it to check in on things at home through my cameras by using the Xfinity app. I can also manage rules and sensors to do things remotely like turn the outside light on when I’m on my way home.
Q. What do you enjoy doing outside of your job?
A. I like to work out and go to the gym. I also like to cook delicious Spanish food. This time of year, I’m also looking forward to swimming and fishing – I love the water!
