Our customers have asked for an easier to understand bill, which is why we’re redesigning the bill to be clearer and simpler.
We’re beginning the rollout to customers across New England this month.
Here is an overview of what you can anticipate:
- Clearer messaging on value and package features. It breaks out charges by recurring and monthly, all based on what customers told us they want.
- Simpler upfront summary of charges and credits.
- One-time charges are clearly identified.
- Access to payment options at the customer’s fingertips.
- Tips for customers on how to get more from their service.
We also heard that our customers want to be able to review their orders before they’re processed. As a result, we improved our order confirmation process and an order summary is now sent with every new or changed order through email or text message.
