Free Ice Cream on Comcast Business at The Summer House in Southwick in Honor of National Small Business Week

Comcast Business supports more than two million small businesses nationwide – including The Summer House in Southwick, MA.
During National Small Business Week (May 4th-10th), Comcast Business was proud to celebrate The Summer House’s years of success on Thursday, May 8th by giving out free ice cream to the first 150 customers who visited 552 College Highway, Southwick, MA.
As a family owned and operated restaurant and ice cream shop, The Summer House has been deeply rooted in the Southwick community for four decades and is known as the go-to spot for the perfect first date, an after-dinner treat or generations of birthday celebrations.

Now entering its 45th season of business, The Summer House serves up summer comfort foods year-round. While their menu is extensive – from burgers and hot dogs to wraps and sandwiches – customers often gravitate toward their ice cream, sundaes and frozen yogurt treats.
Owners Richard and Steven Grimaldi, who took over the businesses from their father Anthony Grimaldi, know that a dependable customer experience is key to maintaining their thriving local business. As such, they’ve trusted Comcast Business since 2016 for their Internet service, which helps power their operations and efficiently deliver top-tier customer service, including reliable payment processing and seamless communication between customers, employees and vendors.
By leveraging Comcast Business solutions, The Summer House continues to expand its offerings and deliver exceptional customer experiences, while staying engaged with what matters most: serving up memories for future generations.

We truly enjoyed celebrating The Summer House for National Small Business Week, along with all the Southwick residents who stopped in for a free kid’s one or cup in any flavor on Comcast Business.
