Comcast Opens Pop-Up Xfinity Store in Milford, CT

Comcast announced the opening of a unique pop-up Xfinity Store in Milford, as well as a $5,000 grant award to the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce to further enhance economic growth in the community.
The pop-up Xfinity Store, open now through March 21, is located at 1201 Boston Post Road in Milford, outside of Macy’s at the Connecticut Post Mall. The pop-up Xfinity Store provides a destination for visitors to experience the complete line of Xfinity products and services, including Xfinity Mobile and the NOW product portfolio of low-cost, prepaid Internet, Mobile and TV.

With the grant award, presented to the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce during the pop-up store’s ribbon-cutting ceremony, Comcast is bolstering its community support. This is the latest development in a series of investments Comcast has been making in the community since announcing the expansion of its state-of-the-art network to Milford, Orange and Woodbridge. In addition to its collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, Comcast is working with other local non-profit organizations in the area, including the Boys & Girls Club of Milford, which received a grant and laptop donation in 2024.
“Since expanding to the area, Comcast has become an invaluable member of the community and we’re grateful for their continued support,” said Michael Moses, President and CEO of the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce.
“We’re thrilled to be part of the Milford community and welcome residents to visit our pop-up store at this convenient location to explore our Xfinity products and services,” said Carolyne Hannan, Senior Vice President of Comcast’s New England Region. “Comcast is also committed to supporting the communities we serve, and we take pride in our collaboration with the Milford Regional Chamber to cultivate local partnerships.”

Comcast is poised to complete its expansion project by the end of 2025 in Milford, Orange and Woodbridge to bring reliable, high-speed, symmetrical Internet – as well as mobile, entertainment, and security services from Xfinity and Comcast Business – to more than 35,000 additional homes and businesses in New Haven County.
