We want every customer interaction with us to be convenient, fast and easy. Each month this series will highlight an Xfinity feature that can be done on your mobile device, online or on Xfinity X1.
Use the Xfinity My Account app on your smartphone or tablet to manage your premium channel lineup wherever you are online without having to call Customer Service! If you don’t already have the app on your device, you can easily download it by searching for: Xfinity My Account on iTunes for Apple devices, and through Google Play for Android devices. The app can also be accessed online at: https://customer.xfinity.com or by saying “My Account” into your Xfinity X1 voice remote.
Here’s how to manage your premium channels using your MyAccount app:
1. Log in to your MyAccount app on your mobile device or online.
2. Once signed in, scroll down to the “Need to change something” section and select Manage Premium Channels.
3. To add a new subscription, select the checkbox in the subscription you are interested in.
4. To cancel a subscription, deselect the checkbox of the subscription you’d like to remove.
5. Click Review Changes to review before confirmation.
6. Click Confirm Change if information is correct or Edit Change if you need to go back.
