Things move wicked fast in New England. Comcast knows how valuable every moment is and how stressful it can be when you’re stuck waiting for a service appointment. In recognition of that, Tech ETA was launched this February as a new feature in the My Account app.
Tech ETA eliminates the guess work of when a tech is on their way by giving you an estimated 30-minute window for their arrival to your home. The function also shows you the tech’s name and photo, so you know exactly who to expect at your door.
Appointment windows have also been narrowed from four to two hours so you can get the most of your day when you have an appointment scheduled.
